Digital signature in Microsoft form

Hi! Unfortunately, you can't do this directly in MS Forms, but here are a few ways to work around this limitation:
- Upload the signature as an image
- Verify responses using an Approval flow
- Use a signing service
- Or try alternative forms, like Plumsail Form
