Design Forms to pull data from Microsoft 365 Groups?

Hello,

Is it possible for Microsoft Forms to dynamically pull the list of groups from Microsoft 365 tenant so new starter form will have the latest groups to select rather than manually inputting options?

Thanks

  • HH16102023 To make sure I understand the question. When sharing a form, you should be able to select specific people or groups to respond to your form. When you start typing in the name/group box, it should start to suggest or auto-complete the groups or people to select and that should be from a current list. Does the auto-complete work for you? Type the first 2 or 3 characters to get started. - Thanks.

      YlianSt Thanks for the reply.

Basically, we would like to design a form for new employee onboarding, part of the process is choosing which groups need to be added i.e. email groups, M365 groups etc. Instead of manually adding those groups in the form since there will be many groups, I am wondering if we can add a code in MS Forms to retrieve the groups from M365 so user who fills the form will have pre-populated up to date list of groups.

Hope it is clear to understand.

      Many thanks

HH16102023 in Forms there is no way to pre-populate any data.
