Delete file upload question form an internal form

Hi all,   I have a form which is for our organisation. I have a question to allow file upload. This works. However there is a second question for file upload. How can I delete this? When I click in...

    You do it the same way as for a personal form: edit the form, edit the question and click the trash can icon at the top of the question.
