Default answers to multiple choice type questions.

Hi All, sorry if this is already in here somewhere (did have a look found something from years ago). It would be great if we could choose the default answer of questions where the answer is selected from a list of possibilities. (radio and pull-down basically) Many times I am asked to show the default answer and have to revert to some text in the subtitle or similar. Selected defaults would be useful here. 

And while I'm here, a bit of rich text editing for the questions would be cool too. The ability to highlight some key text is always being asked for and I am unable to deliver. Hyperlinks would be awesome, but maybe I'm reaching too far.
