Unfortunately not.
There is no coherent approach to date formats across Office 365 features. Very frustrating.

I agree. This is frustrating. If it can not be changed then please could the Tech Team put an acknowledgement that the date in US format not UK format by stating this by the date on the each form as it has implications for my professional and legal responsibilities.
