Hi Francisco77,
you can definitely do that.
SharePoint allows us to create custom forms using Power Apps or Microsoft Forms. These forms can be connected to SharePoint lists or libraries to store and manage data. When you use a form to collect (retrieve) data, you can set it up to save the data directly to a SharePoint list or library. This means the data will be securely stored in SharePoint, not in your OneDrive.
Here's how you can do it:
Create your form using Microsoft Forms (or Power Apps).
Create a form with Microsoft Forms - Microsoft SupportConfigure the form to save the entered data to an Excel file located in your SharePoint. Simply specify the SharePoint site, the document library, and the name of the Excel file where the data should be stored.
When users fill out and submit the form, the data will be automatically saved to the specified Excel file in SharePoint.
Just don't forget to set appropriate permissions on the SharePoint site and document library to be sure that users have the right access to submit data to the Excel file.
