Customize theme Image repository in Microsoft Forms

Hi,

I have a MS Forms in a group in which a Custom theme (background image) has been applied by someone. Now I need to access the image applied as a background (I am the group owner). Is there any way to download the images applied as a theme to the forms? Similar to the way we can access Site images through Site Assets?

Any help would be appreciated.
