Customization of the Microsoft Forms by using PowerApps, Power Automate or C#.NET?

Is it possible to do customization on Microsoft Forms by using PowerApps, Power Automate or C#.NET?

RKG no it isn't possible.

But observed some options, by using PowerAutomate standard connectors connect the Microsoft forms Survey/Quiz or Polls data and send email notification or save this data in the SQL Server etc..

    RKG yes but that's not customizing the form which is what you had asked, it's taking the response and doing something with it  - we always save responses into SharePoint via a flow.
