Custom Condition in microsoft forms

i have a question about microsoft forms.. i have a question and a comment box if the user selected /NO/ but the comment box is even shown when the user pressed /YES/
so is there any one that have an idea how to put a simple condition if the user selected /YES/ i want just to hide the comment box .

    ralph1805 you need to use branching. If the user selects No then the please explain question will appear but it won't if they select Yes, it will just go on to the next question.
