Creating Forms from Template into Teams

Hi, I have 9 forms with around 40-90 questions in each. I have them as templates on my user and I need them created in Teams so that I get the Excel sheet stored in the files folder.

Is there a nifty way around this? Or will I need to manually copy paste questions?
