Creating a form to allow recipient to upload document
Hi
I have just created a form and added a question to upload a document . However when i send this form to a colleague they cannot input any data into the form at all.
I have added them user permission and also set to any colleague from my organisation as recommended . but they still cant enter data or upload.
anyone have any help??
Automation route perhaps??

GillianNewsome make sure Accept responses is checked in the form settings. I assume it's the link in Collect Responses that you have sent your colleague? A screenshot of what they see when they try to complete the form might help but no guarantees.
