Converting an MS forms response into word document

I have an MS Form that users complete to trigger a task within the business. This form has branching in it and i want the form, once completed, to generate an emailed word document to the administration staff. I am wanting the word document to only show content where the user has provided a response. Given the form has branching in it, not all fields will be completed.
