Connect Microsoft Forms to Document Library
I need to create a drop down within Microsoft Forms to allow users to select from a list of documents in the SharePoint file library. The user should be able to select whether the request is for new content, content updates or content dele

etagarello there's no way to connect your Form to a document library with the standard version of Microsoft Forms (I don't know about Forms Pro/Customer Voice as we don't have it). So the dropdown in the form would need to be manually created & updated.
