Changing the colour of pie charts in Forms

Hi, I'm using Mircrosoft forms for the first time and have two questions:

Can the colour of the pie charts in the responses be changed? (I would like Yes = Green, No = Red)

One of my answers is a hyperlink. I would like to be able to open the excel document and click on the hyperlink. At the moment it displays as text?
