Changing label of "Other" in Choice Item
We are using Forms to create a survey that our state government is mandating we send. For most items, we are not allowed to change the language. Many items are in the choice format, and some have one open-ended field at the end of the list of choices with specific language such as "Prefer to self-identify," which then needs to be followed by a text field. Is there any way to use the "Other" option but re-label it from "Other" to the phrase the state is mandating? Thank you.
- While there is no direct support for customizing single choice questions, you can use branching to include an open text question for a specific option within the choice question. This allows you to name the option as you wish and gather more detailed information from respondents.

- LGassinCopper ContributorThank you. This seems to be a slightly different issue, as the responder recommends using the "Other" function for a text box in the choice format but doesn't address whether the word, "Other," in that text box can be changed?
