Change the email title sent by Microsoft Form

Good afternoon,

I have a Form is created by Microsoft Forms (MF) to get the issue from end user daily (ticket)

Form name: IT Service Operation

1. When I fill one of them out and click Submit, I see the notice "Submit another response"

How do I change it to "Submit another issue" ?

2. And then, an email confirmation gets sent to me.

The email title is: New response for IT Service Operation

The question is: How do I change the title of this email, like "You got new ticket"

and change the sender email address is other email address.
