Categorized Pins

My organization just switched from Zoom to Teams. It has been a challenge after using a different platform for so long not to compare them. 

Teams could greatly improve by allowing users to categorize group pins. Currently, there are only two options in chat: Pinned and Recent. While these are helpful, I find that I need additional ways to organize my chats. I would like to have Pinned chats for frequent contacts and separate Pinned chats for various teams I am working with, which I could expand or minimize. Often, other users create groups without renaming them, leading to multiple chats with the same person, identified only by their name. If I had the ability to create my own categories for each pin, it would greatly simplify navigation.
