Can't open a previously created FORM

When log in in Office 365, I go to Apps and select Forms. When I click to open a Form survey I previously created, I get a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS msg. I have tried clearing all cookies with no change...

I tryed the suggested fix and still have the same issue.

One possible reason for encountering this error is having too many admin roles assigned to your account. If this is the case, you can try unassigning some of the less frequently used roles from your account in the Microsoft 365 Admin center. If your account is already a global admin account, you can remove all other admin roles, save the changes, and sign out completely.
