Cannot open form - no permission

When I attempt to open a form from an email link on my phone (w/Office 365 installed), I get a no permission error message, with the following tech details: "Session id: 252a2698-094a-43de-bb87-efbce80d4f62, Correlation id: 5a4540e4-98d0-4014-b64e-c70d34a2e8e7".

I have no issue with this from my laptop.
