Cannot move question from one section to another

Thanks. I was thinking that might be it though I've been reading that I should be able to have as many 100 questions. Perhaps just getting close to the limit or the amount of text in the survey is causing the issue.
eileenw 100 questions is the hard limit, but if you have likert questions then the actual limit is less as each statement is treated as 1 question.
