Cannot login to Microsoft Forms

Hi guys

I have a Macbook Air and a full subscription to Microsoft 365. I cannot log into the Microsoft Forms page at all... I tried to:
1. Reset my password

2. Incognito 

3. Logged out and back into Microsoft 365

4. Cleared my cache

When I log in it just loops back to the login screen

Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
