Cannot find The Group Form option...missing the option

Hi, the "Group Form" usually was sitting next to "Shared with me". Now the option is missing.

    JasmineY I had the same problem, then realized I just need to scroll down. You'll have a "My Groups" section, from there you can select a group and manage forms within the group.
