Can you require a second party to submit a response on a form?

I have a hypothtical form to be used for data gathering with 10 questions.  Multiple users will have the information to 9 of the questions, and only one user will have the information for number 10.  Is there a way to keep the form open for input to allow for the second user to complete before final submission?

donbarks no there's no way within Forms to do that but it could be done via a single flow in Power Automate. With your scenario what I would do is that when the form is initially submitted the answers are saved automatically to a new item in a SharePoint list. The flow then sends the details by email to the person who can answer question 10 via a start and wait for approval action. That person would add their comments (i.e the answer to Q10) which would save it back to the item in the SharePoint list. So do investigate Power Automate and come back with any questions.
