can I co-author or share access with another teacher using the forms app?

We are using forms to create simple quizzes/checks for understanding in our PE classes.  The problem we are facing is that only one of us (we co-teach) can access the forms and see the results.  Can I allow access for my teaching colleague, so she can access the data too?
