Can change questions in survey that is been published>
I have published a patient survey that has about 1,000 responses. I am wanting to add another question as well as edit some of the questions. (change the wording). How will this effect my survey? ...
sweeper-44 even for a form that has been published and has had responses come in you can add new questions and amend the wording of questions. Unless you have already saved the responses somewhere else - we always use a flow in Power Automate to save form responses into a SharePoint list - do not delete a question as that will also delete all the responses for that question.
