Can a Form end without a submit button?

Hello

We are working on a form that will have a branch that we would like to have the form end but no submission.  It is a report absence form and there is a question regarding if they had reached their Supervisor.  If the answer is No then we would like the form to End but not be submitted.  I have set up the branching etc.  But the final area still shows submit
