JFlores072 unfortunately it's not possible in Forms (and never has been) to loop back to an earlier part of the form or an earlier section. You can request & vote for features on the official Microsoft Feedback Portal where the Microsoft Forms section is https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/0ab9de26-ff1b-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472.
