Branching Not Working - Forms Pro

I have a questionnaire (Forms Pro) with a single choice question.  Branching is set up as follows:

Each answer in the choice should navigate to it's corresponding chained survey.

However, regardless of what answer is selected, when I click Submit, I simply get the "Thanks" message.

All forms live under my personal space.
