Autosave on MS Forms does not work correct

Autosave on MS Forms does not work correct:(
Yesterday I created 30 questions on MS forms. During the opening of the quiz today, to continue building the quiz, only 12 of the 30 questions appeared, all with their answers. There are also incomplete questions without written answers. Did anyone else have this problem? How to solve the problem of autosave in MS Forms?
