I want to ask, how do I auto-update the questions given,

for example today there is

- Project 3

- Project 4

then tomorrow the list of questions will add data to

- Project 1

- Project 2

- Project 3

- Project 4

- Project 5

- Project 6

for the question data provided comes from an excel file
