Attach files to a form for outside users

I need to create an MS Form and share with External Users and allow them to upload and attach files. Would you know if this is possible in Forms, if noty would you be able to recommend a solution on ...

bvarian, I upvoted and commented. This is a quite necessary feature and now I have staff members asking us to consider Google since you can do that with their forms. I hope Microsoft will work on this and roll out soon!
