Hi Mr Nakul,
Its seems I had a problem with microsoft forms,
everytime I click on microsoft form apps,
error 631 will popup.

Hi Nickie - We have fixed this issue, can you try accessing the form again? We figured that you co-owned this form with another user, who was the owner of the form and have left the organization.

  Team, I am having this issue, and I cant access any form, nor am I able to create a new one, I do remember sharing one of the forms with some this week, would that be the root cause of the issue, and how can I resolve it?
