Another language displays on Thank You page in IE11

So I have a form with English and French languages. In Google Chrome, the French version appears just fine, including the French thank you page at the end.

When I have users test the form in French in IE11, the form comes up fine in French, but the Thank you page header and thank you message is the English one! Could someone please look into this! It's really frustrating.
