Thank you, this solved my issue with columns being a mess across rows. The new workbook synchronized all the answers and looks as it was supposed to.

We have the same issue of Additional columns added to Form results in Excel
and would like to know how to remedy it to stop the extra columns showing in the spreadsheet answers please.
