Adding a new input on the basis of previous input
Hello all,
I'm trying to make a form for a simple survey.
I want to make sure that if the user of the form is giving a lesser value rating, a textbox should appear in which he can specify the reason as to why he gave such an answer.
Is this possible in MS Forms?

sambarvadai that's not currently possible as branching is not available for that type of question.
