Add rows to an order form - repeating question
I want to use MS Forms to set up an internal order form.
A user provides data about themselves, budget, delivery etc all OK
They then need to add information about products they are ordering, i.e. product code and quantity required.
I can set the form up with, let's say, 20 product questions and branching to only display the questions if the user says, "Yes", to, "Add another product?"
But that is a lot of effort to set up if most users only want to order one or two products and it breaks if they want to add 21 products.
So is it possible to get the form to just set up one row but automatically keep adding rows to the order form as long as the user says, "Yes", to, "Add another product?"
Thank you for any help
