Ability to edit forms

It would be so helpful to be able to edit forms - perhaps edit themes beyond the color of the band at the top. I would like to be able to scan and/or print responses but because the font and spacing is what it is, this take a whole lot of space/paper. A few simple editing permissions would be really helpful.
