A Form in assignments is freezing when opening in Teams on an iPad

I have created a Quiz (Forms) assignment in Teams. When students open this assignment/form, the screen freezes and will not allow the student to finish the form or submit it. I have noticed if the iPad is turned from portrait to landscape the form will un-freeze. Then, the screen may freeze again. If the iPad is turned again from landscape back to portrait, the screen will then again un-freeze. Student cannot take a quiz this. 

Is this a bug in the system?

Is there something else I should try?
