2021 New Forms Layout

Hello everyone!

We are coming back from our hiatus and we have a lot of work to do and we were able to create jobs for 3 new people last november.  The easy part is starting to work but the hard part is trying to figure out how to use the new ms-forms layout.

Our conundrum:

We have forms that we give to field engineers to use.  The engineers collect data from buildings (pipe-leaks, equipment nameplate, etc).  We have the forms in one particular sharepoint group, but we want to make copies of the forms and move them to other customer-specific groups so that they can be worked on.

From what we gathered, the forms now have to be shared as a template and we found this widget below.

When we copy and paste that link into a new tab on the browser, a new fresh copy of the form is created (see screenshot below) and is placed in our own workspace.  Now we want to move this form into an individual group.  When we click on the 3 dots there we only have 3 options, open the form, pin it, or remove it from the list.  I can't find any tutorials on how to use the new format to move the forms to another sharepoint group.  Can anyone help?

Thanks!

LeoNYC you've still got the move & copy options: click All My Forms at the bottom of the page. The screen that appears looks exactly the same but has one key additional ingredient which is that now, when you click the 3 dots next to each form, you get the copy and move options.

      RobElliott thank you!

Al;so found out that when you "duplicate" a form using the new template link...the form gets dropped into your own personal space.  From there it can be moved to other groups.  Thanks!
