Hello,
I hope you can help? I have a form which i need filled out by three separate people. There are certain sections that each person needs to fill out before it can be submitted. Is this possible? I am hoping to use Power Query then to pull out some of the data from this.

Lisa567 with Forms this isn't possible, it is a single-pass submission. You could build a flow in Power Automate to save the first response to a SharePoint list and send an email to the 2nd and 3rd people with a link to edit the item in SharePoint. But with Forms on its own it can't be done.

- Hi Ron, i have access to Power automate, Power BI, all the Microsoft apps including access. Which software do you think is best to have a form that needs to be filled out by three people and merge certain data from that form?
