View Bookings by service

We are creating two Bookings calendars for student services at our college- one for virtual visits and one for in-person visits. Each calendar has multiple services in it that are provided  by different departments. Each department wants to be able to see their Bookings without having to see every other departments.

Aside from making them each their own unique Bookings page is there anyway to filter the calendar to choose what services you see? We want to make it easy for our students, but not stress out our staff either!
