Unable to add Staff to a Bookings Business

Hi! I manage a Booking page that has ~50 staff members that is used for scheduling IT support. For the last week I've been unable to add staff to the business because the hours for the staff doesn't load. Where I would normally be able to select the hours that the staff member is available it is instead blank and empty there. 
If I select use business hours and try and add the staff member I get the response - 'The meeting hours aren't correct. Please check for overlapping times or a start time that comes after an end time'. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue please let me know.

  • I seem to have found a solution, our page had the same issue as you.

    I sent the below information to our IT support and asked them to set our booking's page's business hours and name using PowerShell and microsoft graph, and it seems to have worked no issue. 

    I suggest making a clone of the page first and testing on that before submitting the commands to your actual Bookings page.

  • This is happening to my work as well. I'm not sure if it just happened or if something triggered it. The 'Name' and "Business Hours" disappearing is either a symptom or the cause, and unfortunately I don't have access (or know how) to PowerShell to try out a potential fix I found online (setting business hours and name via PowerShell command).

    I have the same issue and if I go to Business Information there is nothing in the Business Hours section.

      Yes! I have the same issue. We have had a case open with Microsoft for months. I made a new Bookings site 2 weeks ago, but this week the new site also has the same issue. I think it is caused by some setting change by a site admin. I have ~15 branches in my organization that don't have this issue, but then I have 1 branch that had this issue twice now.
