Unable to add Staff to a Bookings Business

This is happening to my work as well. I'm not sure if it just happened or if something triggered it. The 'Name' and "Business Hours" disappearing is either a symptom or the cause, and unfortunately I don't have access (or know how) to PowerShell to try out a potential fix I found online (setting business hours and name via PowerShell command).
