Mark355 as described here https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-bookings/there-is-no-availability-on-this-date-please-choose-another-one/m-p/4066191 the solution I picked was to create a new Booking Page with 1:N. Changing services in existing Booking Page resulted in the same issue. Hope it helps! 🙂

MarioOne, Our space shows up as available when choose the date:

Then, when we toggle off and back onto the date, it's no longer available:
