Some of my customers using different languages can't see all information on my booking page

As you can see, some of my customers are not seeing the text automatically generated by Microsoft Bookings. They should see what is highlighted below:

Can you advise please? Currently, those customers are not able to book an appointment because they don't know they have to fill in empty text box with no default text in it. Also, the "Book" button is not displaying any text.

My settings are English (Europe) but I can have people booking from anywhere in the world (known issue is at least with IE but I can't replicate it). Thanks for your fast answer.
