Schedule Times Not correct In Bookings
- Jul 25, 2024
jessie155 Can you check your booking page's time zone? Go to the Booking calendar > go to "Booking page" at the left menu > scroll all the way down and open up the "Region and time zone settings".
Make sure it's set to the time zone you want (I'm assuming UTC -05:00 Eastern Time Zone). You can also enable the option "Always show time slots in business time zone" too.

That's appeared to have worked thank you! Is there a way, I can specify a booking time slot for a service? Like I only want to have 3 hour slots starting at specific times.

jessie155 Yes, you can! Edit the service > under "Availability options", change "Time increments" to be 3 hours. You can change the start time for the service under "General availability" in this same page (that's the 2nd screenshot in your original post).

I've tried this and unfortunately it doesn't work! It is showing the right time zone but still showing 4am time slots.

StephanieSThis is silly, but did you hit Save at the top when you changed the timezone settings?
Another silly thought: Check the scheduling policies (both default and otherwise) to make sure they do not have start times at 4am?
One other thing you could try to do is change the timezone to a different one completely, just to see it change to something else. And then switch it back to see if it's still starting at 4am.
Sorry, there isn't much I can help with unless I knew more of your Booking page's details. Feel free to send me a direct message.
