Restrict Bookings-availabilty for remote workers
Hello Community,
our sales-team is using Bookings to arrange appointments with our customers. We set up a booking page where customers can pick a date/time-slot with sales members available. On the booking page we added a custom field (radio button) where the customer can select if he wishes a local appointment at our store, or an appointment by phone.
The problem we have is: Members of our sales-team can work remote from home. In this case, they should be only available for appointments by phone, not for local appointments. Is there any way how we can make this scenario work with bookings?

I just offer my clients both options. While my choices are On-Site Computer Service or Remote Computer Service, I setup each individually with price, lead time and buffer times accordingly.
You can then assign individual staff depending on the client's choice. The salesperson that goes into the office gets all the local appointments and those that stay home get the phone appointments.
