Remove timeslots

Hi,

I am trying to put together a bookings page for an internal catering service (restaurant) and for the bookings page I do not need time slots, I only need the dates.

Is there a possibility to remove the timeslots as we only need the dates a person has booked lunch. I feel it unnecessarily clutters the page.
