Recovering lost bookings page

I added new staff to make them available for services and deleted some old staff, but now our Bookings page has disappeared.  I restored the deleted staff thinking the page might have been associated with one of them, but the page/services are still gone.  Is there a way to restore bookings pages?  I am so worried we are going to have to start over creating all of these services!
