MicrosoftIf there are no more customers in the booking (last customer cancellation), then the whole meeting is expected to be cancelled. But if there is atleast one customer cancelling (second last customer cancellation), then the meeting is not cancelled as the last customer will also be affected even though he wants the slot. Both of these are expected behaviors in Bookings now.
